FCX Employee of the Month – February 2017

If you are looking for this individual on the production floor you may not see him upon first glance. He is usually hidden inside of a unit hard at work doing his job. He has a great deal of pride in his work and has become very knowledgeable with the mechanical build up of the Boeing units . In fact , this individual has become a “go to” person for any mechanical issues that may arise on the floor.

He is known to be creative and resourceful when dealing with issues on the production floor; and he takes it upon himself to keep build reference notes to help himself and others continue to build a high quality product.

He always has a cool head and is willing to help wherever he is needed , and is always willing to offer suggestions to help FCX become a much better place.   FCX is fortunate to have him as part of our team.
