FCX Employee of the Month – December 2017

“Leading by Example” is a characteristic that defines a successful leader and his or her ability to get results accomplished in a positive and timely manner. When FCX Senior Management was looking for someone to lead our QC Department, they not only felt they needed an individual who could bring a fresh and positive attitude to improve our own product quality, but also someone who could work well with our vendors to help facilitate improvements in the products they build for us. We needed someone who wanted to be part of a solution and not a continued part of a problem. This person had to be a team player who could bring about positive long term change to help FCX reach the next level in providing our customers with the absolute best quality products. By continually demonstrating a “Can Do” attitude, and a “Lead by Example” approach, this individual’s ability to obtain positive results is a credit to his success. It is my pleasure to announce Rick West as FCX’s December Employee of the Month.
