FCX Employee of the Month – January 2017

When you are faced with a heavy workload to be accomplished without all of your resources and with a very tight deadline, you need a great team to finish with success. We all know that we have a great team at FCX and every part of our team is important. But, to achieve success, you need that person in the trenches, working alongside everyone to push and pull us to the finish line. A person that is willing to get their hands dirty, put aside any ego, and just get the job done.

During the past quarter, our workload was indeed heavy – we had a less-than-full capacity staff – and, the work needed to be ready to ship by the end of December. A monumental task, but one that shows everyone here at FCX was up to the challenge.

And, to help get us there, we did have that special person pushing and pulling and working in the trenches herself. She made sure that everything on the production floor kept on schedule and that the jobs were done as quickly as possible but always keeping quality and accuracy first.

With that said, we are glad to congratulate Pam Tomblin as the January 2017 FCX Employee of the Month and thank her for what she does for our company every day – she makes us a better company with her efforts.
